We use a reputable Nursery Freighter to deliver our plants to your door anywhere as close as Byron up to Cairns or down to Melbourne.

Fastway Couriers will deliver boxed plant orders (200mm/250mm size pots) to your door. They go to the zones marked on Oz map.  Alternatively, we can send boxes via Australia Post registered mail.

Late week/weekend orders will be despatched Monday/Tuesdays.  Our new system calculates your freight with FASTAWAY by Suburb automatically.  Bamboo orders (larger quantities or larger size pots) will be sent by courier.  Average cost to Metro Brisbane $70, Sydney $115-00, Melbourne $198-00.  Newcastle area $188-00 .  These prices are minimum pallet lots or less and include tax.

JUST want one or two small plants ? We can send these in a half size box and thats cheaper - note standardised computer system allows normal box.  When processing we will amend prices accordingly. Australia Post is used for non-Courier areas.

With this method your order will be fully packaged and have a tracking number and should arrive quick !  Most plants arrive in excellent condition - they actually enjoy the journey !!!

By Courier - by entering your suburb freight will automatically be calculated

AS a guide we pack & send:

4 x 200 mm pots per box/ 2 x 250 mm pots per box/ 1 x 300 mm bamboo - we can also add an extra 2-3 smaller pots - we will adjust freight accordingly. AVERAGE COURIER COST PER BOX IS $35-00 SYDNEY.

Note:  1 - 2 plant option at a lower cost is now available.    From receipt of order - delivery 2-3 days depending on area.  If stock is limited we will advise delivery date.

By TRUCK/ Nursery Freighter :

We can send any quantity and size - Minimum freight applies to orders less than 10 plants. Expect delivery within 4-6 days most destinations.  $100-150 on average Sydney, Melbourne $200.  (*Gold Coast/Brisbane $38-$66 allow 2 days).  Recommended alternative if you want larger bamboos or you require several plants.  Poles to depot Sydney $99-00 or to door $150.  Quotes can be obtained as pick and costs do vary.

By Courier -  Plants boxed and secured. Your order should arrive quickly to your door. Advisable to cut down the box using a knife, and carefully remove plants, some branches maybe curled around so release carefully, take off plastic, and stand somewhere in partial sunlight.   Give them a good drink immediately !  Not arrived on time ? - Couriers seldom call ahead but you can ring them to get details or contact us asap.

By Road Transport -  Recommended for. over 8 plants or  300 mm pots or more, up to a height of 6 metres your bamboo will be shipped by reliable Nursery freighters. They will be hand loaded on and off their vehicle. 

BULK ORDERS - now sending by pallet... great delivery rates.  

If you require large landscape/mature size bamboos - special handling is required -  we will email back with a quotation. If your property is in a busy traffic area or access is problematic please advise us in 'comment/special instructions'

PLEASE NOTE;  Palletised orders of plants we can fit 50 plants per pallet and then the above prices to metro areas will apply.  i.e. $115 to Sydney - for up to 50 200mm pots - now thats terrific so combine an order with a friend and really save !!!!

* Note:  Your plants will leave here in good condition, well watered.  Please ensure once they arrive you give them a good soak.  To maintain health until planted store in a warm sheltered area and WATER daily. Full planting information will be sent with order.
