Gigantochloa Wrayii

Grows 5-6 metres, eventually forming a tight green bushy clump. Has a very 'bamboo' look - longer leafed with slender poles. Distinctive cream culm sheaths and a vertical habit.

This bamboo is perfect for a suburban garden.  Prefers a sub-tropical warmer climate - not suitable for colder frosty areas.  Will grow smaller in a shady area.
