Bambusa Chungii/Emperor Blue image

A great grove bamboo possibly spreading 3 metres when mature. Stunning new summer shoots colour beige, silver and blue. Fairly sparse dark green leaf mass.  Handles sun and shade. Will tolerate cold. Makes a wonderful mass or beautiful tall screen without totally blocking out a view.

(There is also a miniature Chungii _ Bambusa Barbeletta - growing around 5-6 metres... soon available for sale.  A gorgeous must have if you want a Chungii but a dwarf one !)
