Similar to Timor Black - grows 10 metres plus with near instant sotty black colouration to culms. Poles are slightly rougher displaying a longer internode. Leafs are also larger.  Used for furniture and musical instruments. Exclusive bamboo ... difficult to produce.  Grows well in sub-tropical or tropical areas.  As with anything else special in life, its a little more expensive but again -worth it!  Great driveway statement in tandem, or grow alone as a stunning feature.
