Black is always In Fashion - Timor Black of course derives from Indonesia where it is highly regarded. Featured in all its glory here in Byron Bay and on our front page !  Featured on TV's "Renovators" along with potted P. Nigra, running black bamboo... 

An amazing bamboo -  spectacular!  This is a tall variety so can limit suitability for suburban gardens - works well were height is needed -  constrained in planter/ garden barrier will minimise.  It makes an inspiring feature... but suffers in cold Winter conditions then rebounds in warmer times.

Will do best in the ground, displaying drooping foliage higher up. Black poles come thru after a cold winter.  Well drained soil, slight protection and water keep this plant looking great.  

NOTE:  200 mm size is fine by Courier  - Prefer to send this bamboo by Road Freight in other sizes to ensure they arrive in good condition,  as not easy to pack down and we can offer a really lovely size at present.
