We strive to ensure the plant you buy is the most desirable for your property - the right size for the location. Bamboo has inherited a scary persona due to the vigorous running species. Don't be afraid - ours are non-invasive clumping varieties - which won't run or cause a catastrophe for you or your neighbours - just hide them when required !

Specialising in Bamboo - of the non-invasive clumping variety - we stock over 35 different varieties from Miniature to Mighty - a Bamboo for every situation ! Plus other plants, special palms, Sacred Bamboo, Gingers and many others. Bamboo starter packs are available and can be sent to you by post.

Bamboo is a botanical that will be with you for a long time so lets get it right ! People see bamboo at Garden Centres and think its sticks in a pot...lets be honest..thats what it looks like, expensive twigs... for the unofficiated ... You are actually spending money on what it will BECOME ! Bamboo is actually inexpensive compared with a variety of other plants because it will grow to be multifunctional - often you need a lot less bamboo plants to fill a garden compared with other plants.

Bamboo can be sculptured, minimised, maximised or kept contained in a planter. You can grow varieties together for a feature or make a living garden canopy or green fence. When it gets older it will be tomato stakes, a curtain rail, a fishing rod, or an edible resource for your stir-frys. For Farmers its extra shelter or fodder. Not too far away its ... what you wear and walk on ! Its also a barrier to odour and pollution. Cut it and it just grows back... so one day it will be our Paper.

Consigning plants by road transport weekly to Sydney/Central Coast and Brisbane. Alternatively we can bareroot and send by parcel post $18 Postage & Handling. Conditions apply. Every effort is made to ensure plants arrive in good condition - all care is taken to get them to your door and in your garden asap !

Spring stock of many plants in 250mm pots between 1-2 metres tall. All at great prices ... large landscaping 400 mm size 4 metres tall in Slender Weavers, Oldhamii , China Gold, Ghost and Timor Black.. We also have other bamboos not shown on pricelist available for sale.

As well as many varieties of bamboo - from miniature to mighty, we stock a range of other lovely tropical plants - gingers, heliconias, palms..Rhafis, Strelitzia- giant and bird of Paradise, cordylines, Nandina Domestica. Ornamental grasses: Black, striped and green Mondo Grass. Purple fountain grass. No mow grass... Zoysia Tenuifolia, Tiger and Baby Panda grass. Anything else ask us... we will find it ... always a pleasure !!

Organic principles are used and plants carefully cultivated & selected so they will thrive in your garden. ADDED BONUS - each Bamboo variety we sell in pots is also on display inground at our nursery.
